3 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion
1/2 large bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup shallots
1 can rotel tomatoes
2 small cans tomato paste
1 large can tomato sauce
4-5 tablespoons chilli powder
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Brown ground beef and drain, return to dutch oven and add onions, celery, bell pepper, shallots and cook on med. heat until the onions are transparent.

Add rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and mix well (may have to add a little water)

After mixture is blended well add seasonings, Tony's, salt, pepper and cook on med. heat for approximately 1-2 hours.
