1 box Jumbo stuffing noodles
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 large can tomato sauce
1 bag shredded cheese (your choice)
Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Begin browning ground beef with onions & peppers, drain grease after ground beef is browned. Add 1/2 can of tomato sauce to ground beef and cook for 15 mins. Stuff meat into noodles, layer in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes in a 350º oven. Add shredded cheese to top and serve.
