1 lb. rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rhubarb (do not peel), cut into 1" pieces. Put in baking dish, add water and sugar. Cover and bake in moderate oven (350º) until tender, about 2 1/2 hours. Optional raisins or chopped prunes may be added to dish before cooking.
