Ingredients:  
Use fresh green chili that has been roasted and peeled.

2 - quart size freezer baggies of green chile (already roasted and peeled, cut into small pieces).
2 lbs. stewing beef or pork (cubed)
1 can corn
4 small tomatoes (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small while onion (chopped)
4 small potatoes (chopped into slices or small chunks)
4 cups water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a big stew pot, stir fry the corn and meat, tomatoes, onion and garlic.

Add water, potatoes, corn and chili.
Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are done.
Add salt and pepper to your taste.
