One stick of margarine
Two large cans of sliced peaches in heavy syrup
Cinnamon
One box of French vanilla cake mix
14" x 1" deep baking pan

Directions:

Heat oven to 350ºF. Rub margarine over the bottom of baking pan. Pour peaches into collander and keep the juice. Lay peach slices side-by-side in baking pan. Spread dry cake mix over peaches evenly. Pour peach juice over entire surface of cake mix. Sprinkle cinnamon over entire surface. Cut remaining margarine into thin patties and spread evenly over surface. Place in oven for 30 - 45 minutes or until cake mix starts to brown.

I got this recipe from Cliff Bourgoyne and noticed he had not included it in his recipes. It is simple, fast, and requires very few dishes. It is one of my favorite desserts and works really well when we are out in the camper.
