1 C Hazelnuts
1 Large Bunch Fresh Parsley
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
Add the parsley, garlic, and cheese. Slowly add the olive oil until the Pesto is smooth and spreadable. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on warm baguette, crostini toast, or on your favorite pasta.
