2 large avocados
1/4 c. sour cream
1 small tomato chopped
1 T. chopped onion (finely)
1/4 tsp. salt
Garlic powder (sprinkle to taste, if desired)
Lemon juice - 8 drops
Directions:
Directions:
Peel avacados; mash, add sour cream and mix well. Add rest of ingredients.

Note: Lemon juice is for taste and to prevent guacamole from turning brown.
