½ c. olive oil
½ c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
½ c. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. ground cumin
3 cloves minced garlic
2 lbs. skirt or flank steak
6 flour tortillas or corn tortillas

Combine first ten (10) ingredients in shallow container. Pound steak to ¼ inch thickness to tenderize. Add steak to marinade mixture and turn and coat each side. Cover dish and refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight. Remove steak dish and drain well. Grill steak over medium coals for 6 or 7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Slice steaks across grain into thin slices or desired thickness. Warm flour of corn tortillas on grill, fill with sliced steak and add choice of picante sauce (commercial) or guacamole.
