1 Angel Food cake
2 cartons lemon yogurt
Cool Whip
Vanilla ice cream(optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Sliced the angel food cake through the middle to make two layers. On top of the bottom layer, spread 2 cartons of lemon yogurt. Place the second layer on top of the first, and cover the cake with Cool Whip. Refrigerate, then slice and serve.

You can use any flavor of yogurt, and add berries to garnish if you wish. This dish is so easy and impressive. It can be served frozen and a scoop of vanilla ice cream along side the dessert makes it even more decadent.
