Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 – 3 lbs. boiled, peeled and deveined shrimp
1 (15 oz.) jar cocktail sauce
1 large pkg. cream cheese
lemon juice
minced garlic
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, garlic (the more the better), worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and seasoned salt.

Starting with cheese, layer ingredients (cheese, shrimp, cocktail sauce then cream cheese mixture) in a spring form pan sprayed with Pam. Chill in refrigerator. (Put on plate - sauce will likely leak). Turn onto serving plate, cheese will be on top. Top with chopped green onions, chopped tomato and chopped bell peppers (I like using yellow for color with the green onions, red tomatoes, etc.). Serve with crackers.
