1 head Napa cabbage
3-4 green onions
¼ c. sesame seeds
½ c. slivered almonds
1 ½ c. Metu's or Ramen Noodles

1 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
½ c. vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
dash of garlic powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, oil, sugar, vinegar, and garlic powder. Toss together Napa cabbage and onions. (These two steps can be done ahead of time.) When ready to serve, brown almonds, sesame seeds and Metu's or Ramen Noodles. (This can be done in oven with Pam or in pan on stove). Add nut mixture to Napa cabbage and onions. Pour dressing over all and mix.

I got this recipe from a friend while playing a member-guest tournament at the Forest Country Club. It is very simple, can do ahead and can be used with most any entrées. It is a family favorite.
