2 egg whites, room temperature
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add sugar while beating. Add vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Place in preheated oven and TURN OFF OVEN IMMEDIATELY. Leave in oven overnight. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR!!!
