1 lb. sausage or crawfish
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 to 1 jar jalapeno peppers (depending on how hot you want it)
20 Hungry Jack biscuits (yellow can / butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook sausage. Chop onion, bell pepper and jalapenos. Mix in a glass bowl with the cheese and cooked sausage or crawfish. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray. Take 4 biscuits and roll out to the size of your hand. Place in the bottom on the bundt pan. Spread a layer of the mixture on top and repeat process making the top layer a biscuit layer.

Bake 45 minutes and then let cool. Turn it over and it falls right out.
