2 lbs. Monkfish or Haddock fillets, cut in chunks
1 Can Lobster Bisque Soup
1 T. lemon juice, sherry or white wine
1 tsp. minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 C. melted butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 C. bread crumbs or butter crackers, crushed
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up fish in buttered casserole. Mix soup with lemon juice, sherry or wine. Pour over fish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350. While baking, saute onion and garlic in melted butter. Add bread or cracker crumbs and sprinkle over casserole and bake an additional 10 minutes.
