1 cup Crisco© Oil
2 cups Pumpkin
4 Eggs, beaten
2/3 cup Water

2nd:
3 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour, sifted
3 cups Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 cup Raisins, 1/2 cup Pecans (for richer blend use 1 cup of each)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour two 9x5 loaf pans. In a medium bowl combine 1st ingredients. In a large bowl mix 2nd ingredients. Then combine the two, add nuts and raisins. Spoon into prepared pans. Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
