2 lbs. ground chuck/sirloin
1 green bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can niblets corn
1 small can kidney beans (optional)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 yellow onion, diced
1 can beef broth
l/4 small package of Vermicelli, Uncooked
Garlic Salt/ Pepper to Taste


Directions:
Directions:
Season hamburger, onion and garlic with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned. Drain. Place into crockpot. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, bell pepper, beef broth and vermicelli noodles. Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 8 hours. Add water if needed to thin. Adjust with garlic salt and pepper as needed. Ladle into bowls, garnish with parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread.
