3/4 cup Sweet Potatoes, mashed & cooked
4 tbsp Butter or Shortening, melted
2/3 cup Milk
1 1/4 cup Self-Rising Flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and toss lightly until dough is smooth. Make small biscuits. Bake in hot oven (425) about 15 minutes.
