Ingredients: 2-1/2 Cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 lb.Ground Beef 1 Onion chopped 2 tbsp. Whie Wine 1-1/2 cups milk 1 tbsp. wholegrain mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme 2-1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups quartered cherry tomatoes

Directions:©All Recipes Preheat oven 350º Lightly grease a large casserole dish Cook macaroni in a large por for 9-11 min. Drain and pour into the casserole dish. In a skillet over med heat saute the onion and then the beef. Stir in the wine ,continue cooking for 1 min. Mix in the milk, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper and cayenne pepper. Continue to cook and stir until heated through. Whisk the flor in the skillet and gradually stin in the cheese until melted.Mix in the thyme and cherry tomatoes. Stir in the skillet mix. into casserole dish with the macaroni. Top with remaining cheese Cook uncovered for 30 min. |
