12 Eggs, separated, (Eggs whites beaten)
2 1/2 to 3 cups Sugar
1 pint Whipping Cream
1 gallon Milk
About 1/5 of liquor (or less if you like)
Ground Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until lemon yellow. Add sugar gradually, mixture must be thick and lemon colored. Add whiskey very slowly to sugar and eggs while beating. Add milk. Fold in whipped cream, and beaten egg whites. Sprinkle nutmeg over egg nog.
