1 1/2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:

Mix ingredients together. Use 2-3 teaspoons to one cup of boiling water.

Store in air tight container.
