8 ounces bow tie pasta
2 cups fresh or frozen snow peas
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 pound Italian sausage
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, crumble. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Rinse with warm water, drain. Wash fresh snow peas, remove strings. Steam over boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until crisp tender. Cook frozen peas according to directions. Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Stir in half and half. Add cheese stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in peas, sausage, parsley, and pepper. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
