3 1/2 CUPS OF SUGAR
3 CUPS OF BOILING WATER
1 TABLESPOON OF VANILLA
1 TABLESPOON OF ALMOND EXTRACT
1 BOTTLE OF 100 PROOF VODKA (5TH)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Put sugar in long baking pan with 1" sides
Place sugar in oven stir every 10 minutes until sugar starts to crystallize.
Take pan of crystallize sugar and put on low fire on top of stove. Pour 1 cup of boiling water at a time, stirring constantly until completely dissolved.
Add vanilla and almond extract and stir well let set for 1 hour. Pour vodka in, stir and let sit for 15 minutes. Pour into empty 5th bottle.
