2 eggs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1- 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/3 c. green pepper, 1/3 c.

Directions:
Stir eggs, sugar and vinegar in sauce pan over med. heat until thickened. Remove from heat and pour over cream cheese, green peppers and onions. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
