l-1/2 c Crisco Oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. freshly grated apples
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. (Philidelphia Cream Cheese)
3 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl blend together all ingredients for cake and pour into a ungreased bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 Degrees.

Topping:
Soften (room temperature) cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Spread on cake while still warm not hot.
