1-2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs or crushed saltine crackers
1/2 c onion, diced
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix 1/2 c soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper; shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from pan. In a small saucepan, blend remaining soup, water and 4-5 tbsp of drippings from loaf pan and heat until warm, stirring occasionally. Serve like gravy over meatloaf.
