1/2 C. chicken stock
1/4 C. soy sauce
2 T. honey
2 T sherry
1 T vinegar, preferably rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 T. peeled, grated ginger root
4 pork tenderloins
2 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken stock, soy sauce, honey, sherry, vinegar, garlic and ginger. Add meat and marinate several hours in refrigerator. Drain meat and reserve marinade. Coat meat with cornstarch. Place in shallow roasting pan, pour marinade over meat and roast at 325 for 45 minutes, basting frequently.
