4 c. peeled & cubed red potatoes
1/2 link of andouille, remove casing
1 tbsp. of salt
6 chicken bouillion cubes
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. yellow or white onions
1 clove of garlic (whole)
black pepper to taste
1 can of evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough water to cover potatoes; bring potatoes, onions, andouille, garlic, and bouillion cubes to a boil. Add salt to boiling water. Reduce heat & simmer covered until potatoes begin to break down. Put ingredients, not water, through a blender and return to the pot. Add black pepper, 3 tbsp. of butter and milk. Heat and serve
