16 oz. non-dairy coffee creamer
4 c. Nestle's Quik
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and store in air tight container. Use 1/3 cup mix in 1 cup hot water. Add mini marshmallows in desired.

This recipe has been in my family so long that the original recipe called for Preem or Cremora, rather than Coffemate or other non-dairy creamers. Hot cocoa is great after a cold and blustery day.
