1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. milk
salt & pepper
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together corn, eggs, milk and most of the crackers, reserving some for a topping. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 45 minutes.
