1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Best FoodsŪ)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/2 cup dry fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, cubed

Honey Dip:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. Mix crumbs and sesame seeds. Coat chicken cubes with mayonnaise mixture, then crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot on toothpicks, with dip.
Mix mayonnaise and honey together for dip.

These are great for appetizers or can be used as a main course or placed on top of salad. Also a good way to use leftover turkey.
