Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins Recipe

2 1/ 2 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/ 2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup pumpkin pie filling
1/ 2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups finely chopped, peeled apples

2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 teaspoons butter

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, spice, soda and salt. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin and oil. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Stir in apples. Spoon into muffin cups.

Combine all topping dry ingredients and cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over muffin cups.
Bake 350 35-40 minutes
