FIRST LAYER:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts walnuts
1 cup flour

SECOND LAYER:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip (save the rest of large size tub)

THIRD LAYER:
1 small box Jell-OŽ instant chocolate pudding
1 small box Jell-OŽ instant vanilla pudding
3 cups 2%milk

Topping: shaved chocolate curls or mini chocolate chips.

FIRST LAYER:
Mix and pat into 9x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325 F.

SECOND LAYER:
Mix and spread on top of cooled first layer.

THIRD LAYER:
Mix in a bowl as per directions on box. Spread on top of second layer. Then spread the remaining Cool Whip from the large size Cool Whip on top of pudding.
Shave chocolate curls on top or sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
