Baby greens
Green tomatoes
Boiled Shrimp
Vinaigrette dressing
Remoulade sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Toss baby greens in dressing. Top with fried tomatoes. Top with boiled shrimp, then top with remoulade sauce.

Method for tomatoes: Remove skin and seeds from sliced tomatoes. Dry on paper towel. Dredge in flour, then egg wash, and then bread crumbs. Cover and refrigerate a couple of hours ahead of time. Fry in 1/2 inch oil and turn to brown both sides.
