1 pkg. Spagetti (16 oz.)
1 c. Chicken Broth
1 small Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and
drained well
1/3 c. Cream Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste.
1 c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

Cook spagetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring broth to boil. Add onion and garlic; reduce heat. Cook, uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in spinach, and cook for 2 more minutes. Add milk, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Stire until cheese is melted. Drain spagetti and place in serving bowl. Add sauce, Parmesan, and Mozzarella cheeses and toss until spagetti is well coated.
