1 c. Shrimp or Chicken, chopped
3 tbsp. Oil
1 c. Cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. Rresh Bean Sprouts
1/2 c. Carrots, shredded
1/4 c. Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Square Egg Roll Wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all ingredients, except wrappers, in oil. Vegatables should remain crisp. Place 1/3 cup mixture on each egg roll wrapper. Fold sides in approximately 1 inch. Roll up and seal with a mixture of cornsarch and water. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with soy sauce, hot mustard, or sweet and sour sauce.
