1 pkg. Au Gratin Potatoes
1 can Whole Kernel Corn (11 oz.)
1 can Ro-tel, chopped and drained
2 c. Water
2 c. Milk
2 c. Velvetta Cheese (cubed)
Dash of Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 t. saucepan, combine potatoes and sauce mix, corn, Ro-tel, and water. Mix well and bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 - 18 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add milk, cheese and hot pepper sauce. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
