1 tube Refrigerated Crescent Rolls (8 oz.)
1 lb. Hot Sausage, cooked and drained
2 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack Cheese
6 Eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. Green Bell Pepper - finely chopped
3 tbsp. Onion - finely chopped
1 c. Milk
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:

Unroll crescent rolls and press together to cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan and seal perforations. Crumble cook sausage evenly over rolls. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, green pepper, and onion and mix well. Pour over sausage. This can be baked immediately, or refrigerated overnight. When ready to serve, bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes until browned. Serve with salsa.
