Bottom Layer:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Topping:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 box (1 lb) powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix first 3 ingredients and pack in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Combine topping ingredients and mix for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour mixture on top of crust. Bake for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool and cut to serve.
