1 can reduced fat/low sodium cream of chicken soup
1 C skim milk
1/3 C grated Parmesan Cheese
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 lb fresh asparagus spears, trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In medium saucepan combine soup and milk; mix well. Heat over medium heat until hot. Stir in parmesan cheese. Keep the sauce on low. In non-stick skillet cook chicken breast halves 5-6 minutes on each side. Spray an 9X13 baking dish. Place asparagus in dish with tips toward center. Top with chicken. Pour warm sauce over chicken and asparagus. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
