2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
salt
2-11 oz cans mandarin oranges do not drain
Frosting:
1 small carton rich's whip of 2 bags of Dream Whip
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with syrup from oranges. Add oranges at end and mix at low speed to break up. Bake in ungreased 9x13 pan at 350º for 35 minutes till brown.
Frosting:
Thaw rich whip partially.(or prepare 2 pkg dream whip as directed) Beat till frothy add vanilla and gradually add brown sugar 1/4 cup at a time till sugar is absorbed into whip cream. Frost when cool and store in refrigerator.
