1 egg yolk
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 cup salad oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp. heaped white sugar
2 tbsp dijon mustard (or prepared mustard)
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add one ingredient at a time and beat with whisk until all are added and blended well. Can heat in microwave for 1 minute or serve chilled. Serve with spinach salad.
Note: sugar, pepper and salt should be adjusted to taste.
