Crust
1/2 C. Brown sugar, packed
1 C. flour
1/3 C. melted butter
1/2 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together. Retain 1 cup for topping. Press rest into 9x13 pan and bake 12 to 15 minutes.

Filling:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 C. granulated sugar
1 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, lemon juice, cream and vanilla together and pour over crust. Sprinkle with the reserved 1 C. of crust crumbs. Bake 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
