1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4-1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a deep bowl or plate. You can put it in a food processor to make the mix finer. Pour olive oil over. Serve with warm bread for dipping.
