1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 grated lemon rind
Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, powdered sugar and butter into a pastry and pat into an 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cooked pastry. Return to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove before the edges turn brown. Cool before slicing into squares.
