1 Can cheddar cheese soup
8 oz. pkg. hot pepper cheese

Heat soup and cheese over medium heat until melted. Do not boil. Thin to desired consistency with beer or wine. Serve with any or all of the following: garlic bread, sour dough bread, bread sticks, sliced (cooked) beef hot dogs, salami, sliced (cooked) kielbasa, ham cubes, steamed broccoli, steamed caulifllower, fresh mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, etc.
