2 c crushed pretzels
3/4 c melted butter
3 T sugar
3/4 c sugar
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (3 oz) packages strawberry gelatin
2 c boiling water
2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
Whipped topping, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. For crust, mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press mixture into 9x13 inch pan and bake for 7 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool. In mixing bowl, beat together 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate until well chilled. In small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; allow to cool slightly. Add strawberries and pineapple with juice and pour over cream-cheese mixture. Refrigerate until serving time. To serve, cut slices and serve with a dollop of whipped topping.
