1/2 Lb. Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Chopped celery
1 Sm. Can Black Beans, drained
1/8 Cup Chopped fresh parsley (1TB if dried)
3/4 Cup Diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
Hot sauce to taste
1/2 tsp. Beef bouillon granules
1/2 Cup Water
Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper

Saute Onions, bell pepper and celery, add meat and brown.

Add the remainder of the ingredients, adjust spices to your liking. Simmer until flavor develops but not too dry or thick.

Serve over cooked rice with optional garnishes:
Sour Cream
Chopped Green Onions
Shredded Cheese
Fresh tomatoes.
