Monster Sour Cream Enchiladas Recipe

3 (10.75oz) cnas condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. green enchilada sauce or diced green chile peppers
12 (8 in.) flour or corn tortillas
3 lbs. shredded chicken
3 c. shredded cheese
2 bunches green onions, chopped

Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and green chile sauce. Mix together and pour a small amount of this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Fill individual tortillas with shredded chicken and roll them up. Place tortillas in baking dish and pour the remaining sour cream mixture over all. Top with shredded cheese and chopped green onion. Pake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until bubbling.
