6 c salted water
1 1/2 c grits
Cook per directions on package (About 5 min)

1 Stick Butter
4 pkg grated cheese (1 lb)

Garlic Cheese Grits
Substitute 1 or 2 rolls of garlic cheese (Kraft).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and let cool. Beat 4 eggs slightly add 1/2 t mustard, dash of Tabasco sauce.
Bake 350º for 45 min.

Garlic Cheese Grits
Substitute 1 or 2 rolls of garlic cheese (Kraft). This should be stirred into the Hot grits. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into the above mixture and bake 350º for 1 hour.
