1 lb whole pecans,
1 egg white,
1 tbsp. water,
1 c. sugar,
1 tsp. cinnamon,
1/2 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg white until frothy. Add water, sugar and cinnamon. In a 9"x12" cake pan, melt the margarine. Pour pecans in egg mixture, stir well, then pour into pan. Bake at 250º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 min.

Taste like those candied pecans you get at craft shows and carnivals. Can also use almonds.
